The Intro to Marine Weather course is for all boating enthusiasts who are looking to take their understanding of marine weather and weather predictions to the next level. Learn to observe and forecast weather conditions using traditional maritime skills and modern technology. You’ll gain important knowledge of weather information for planning and adapting navigation during short duration and extended voyages.

Our Marine Weather course will prepare you to anticipate weather conditions whether you are the skipper, navigator or crew. Included in your tuition is:
- 16+ Hours of classroom instruction
- With an American Sailing Association certification (optional) you’ll receive their official log book, certification documents, monthly publication and more.

Group classes typically take place over four days – two consecutive weekends. (A Saturday and Sunday, then the following Saturday and Sunday).
