The techniques covered in this series can be used by cruisers and racers alike. Better sail trim and boat control for the cruiser means easier and more comfortable sailing in a wider variety of conditions. For the racers, precision awareness is the foundation for effective and fun racing. If you are interested in racing, this course is the prerequisite to the Racing Fundamentals series.
